W.A. Ellis has recently expanded its valuation department, by the acquisition of Boyle & Co.  Established in 1974, Boyle & Co are a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential general practice valuation matters including leasehold reform, landlord and tenant and loan security.

*Bank lending, litigation (Expert Witness), matrimonial and tax (as well as for inheritance tax and capital gains) valuations.

In addition, James Wilson is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Frances Joyce is a RICS Accredited Mediator
