Valuation advice
We provide valuation advice on all aspects of residential property, working closely with our Sales and Lettings Teams and have access to their extensive database of comparable evidence.
Our principal activities involve valuations and the conduct of negotiations in respect of the following:

- Landlord & Tenant, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
- Statutory Purposes, including Fair Rent Determinations under the Rent Act 1977 and pre-emption rights under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987

- Taxation, including Inheritance Tax (probate) and Capital Gains Tax

All our Valuations are carried out in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Appraisal and Valuation Standards (5th Edition) and on statutory bases if applicable.
