Ellis's acquisition of Boyle & Co brings with it over 37 years of experience in both the residential and commercial property markets, acting for a wide range of longstanding clients which include not only private individuals but also foreign governments, charities and trusts, banks, building societies and both public and private companies.
In addition to strengthening and increasing the existing Valuation department, the new staff members help to broaden the range of advice that can be provided to both new and existing clients based on their experience of commercial and, if required, even agricultural property matters. In addition, they further consolidate the established team's extensive knowledge and experience of leasehold reform issues.
There is a breadth of experience in providing independent valuation advice for a wide range of circumstances to include probate, tax and trust issues as well as advising for loan security purposes.
