With this remit, their customer service strategy and implementation has to reflect the demands of the clients they deal with and they achieve this entirely. Testimony to this is that one client last year handed them his portfolio of 250 properties because he ‘knew they’d be in good hands’. The team has mopeds to enable them to travel around London as easily and quickly as possible, covering a wide area of the city centre and a dedicated QMS officer carries out random checks on tenancy files to ensure legislation is adhered to with all systems and processes followed to the letter.
