The north wind doth blow and apparently we will have snow but WA Ellis has had a really exciting start to the year, with a whole new look and feel. We love it and the fact that this is just the start or our new strategic approach designed for the benefit of our clients and their property marketing. Watch and enjoy our transformation unfold!

While there is no denying the shortage of stock in the sales market this, among other factors, is keeping prices high and properties are selling. With this in mind and the amount of good property we have seen over the past week we are in an optimistic frame of mind for February and the spring ahead.
